Main: Uterine leiomyosarcoma T2NxM1 (liver, peritoneum). Condition after 4 cycles of chemotherapy according to the protocol Gemcitabine + Docetaxel + Avastin with progression in the liver (CT scan 01.12.2022). Kit, MET mutations were detected ( ONCOMINE, 12.2022)

Iron deficiency anemia. D-dimer - 2.85.

8. Recommendations:

1. Given the presence of Kit mutation, it is recommended to start treatment with Pazopanib at 800 mg/day with control (CT, examination) after 2-3 months.
2. Sorbifer 1 tablet 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals for 2 months, then control general blood analysis.
3. Continue Avelox treatment at 400 mg/day for up to 10 days. (in total)
4. Eliquis 2.5 mg 2 times a day. (continued)
5. Hepavista-detox 1 tab 2 times a day.
