   Main: Uterine leiomyosarcoma T2NxM1 (liver, peritoneum). Condition after 4 cycles of chemotherapy according to the protocol Gemcitabine + Docetaxel + Avastin with progression in the liver (CT scan 01.12.2022). Kit and MET mutations were detected ( ONCOMINE, 12.2022)

Treatment with Pazopanib from January 5 to January 12, 2023, with the development of posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome.

Associated diagnosis: Iron deficiency anemia. Hypovitaminosis D.

8. Recommendations:

1. Chemotherapy according to the Trabectedin-mono protocol with control of effectiveness after 2-3 cycles of treatment.

2. Continue taking Sorbifer 1 tab 2 times a day 30 minutes before meals for 2 months, then the control of the general blood test.

3. Continue treatment with Dekristol 4000 unit/day until April inclusive.
