Description	Enlarged, + 5 cm. Right lobe - vertical oblique size - 200mm, thickness - 108mm. Left lobe - cranio-caudal size - 80 mm, thickness - 70 mm. Diffuse compacted, non-homogeneous structure due to a cystic formation that occupies almost 80% of the liver, with clear even contours and non-homogeneous isoechoic content, the size of the formation is 170x122x140mm. With gastrointestinal dysfunction and endothelial dysfunction - blood flow is not reliably determined. The contours of the liver are even and clear. A solid formation 70x60 mm is visualized in the left lobe, a similar formation of 73x64 mm is visualized in the right lobe closer to the diaphragm.

Description	Medium echogenicity, homogeneous structure. Contours are even, clear. The thickness of the splenic vein is 6 mm. Wirsung duct is not dilated.

Description	Typically located. Homogeneous structure, normal echogenicity. The contour is even, clear. The vascular pattern is unchanged.
