Macroscopic description
Amount of blocks	1
A. Columns of gray-brown tissue up to 2 cm long and fragments. There are no remains. A1 – trephine biopsy.

Microscopic description
The material contains columns of liver tissue with the growth of a metastasis of a gastrointestinal stromal tumor. In the immunohistochemical study, the tumor cells are positive for DOG-1, CD117, which allows to confirm the diagnosis.
