MRI of the head from 13.01.2023:
Measurement technique: axial T1 MPRAGE 1 mm after contrast administration
Multiple cortical speckled contrast images with parieto-occipital emphasis and emphasis in the right superior frontal sulcus.
MRI of the head from 20.09.2022:
Measurement technique: axial T2, axial DWI, axial T2 STIR, axial T1 fat-sat 3D after contrast agent administration Small DVA right parietal.
Conclusion:
Therapy-associated changes with parieto-occipital diffusion disorders, occipital hemorrhages and constriction of cerebral arteries, including the middle cerebral artery on both sides. These changes are a typical consequence of therapy with tyrosine kinase inhibitors such as Votrient (and can be subsumed under the umbrella term PRES, although narrowing of the arteries is not consistent with PRES).
