Pathohistological conclusion (Патогістологічний висновок)
The fragment of the gastric lesion consists of hyalinised tissue (гіалінізованою тканиною), without viable tumour cells (без вітальних клітин пухлини), which may be a consequence of the therapy given (що може бути наслідком проведеної терапії). The liver trepan-biopsy material contains a metastasis of gastrointestinal stromal tumour (GIST), spindle-cell variant (веретеноклітинний варіант), Low Grade (written in English in the original).

Notes added in translation (not part of the report)
- The form gives the year of birth as 1971; the patient was born on 25.04.1976 (earlier reports, e.g. the Israeli pathology report of 04.06.2023). The name and the clinical history match.
- Immunohistochemistry and Ki-67 were done on the liver biopsy only. No IHC is reported for the gastric fragment.
- No mutational (KIT/PDGFRA) analysis is reported on either sample. The report gives no mitotic count.
- “Focal lesion Sg II–III” is the left-lobe lesion that imaging places in segments II/III (L1 on the case site). This match is by location only; the report gives no size or image reference for the punctured lesion.
