Interventricular septum: not thickened (IVS - 10mm, normal up to 12mm)

Left ventricular posterior wall: not thickened (LVPW - 9mm, normal up to 12mm)

Heart valves: no thickening or deformation of the leaflets.

Right ventricle: not dilated (RV - 25mm, normal up to 30mm)

No pericardial fluid detected.

Conclusion

Left ventricular myocardial contraction satisfactory (normal baseline echocardiogram).
