PET-CT 23.09.2026 — 3D scene

Orientation: anterior view on load, patient left on the right of the screen. Drag to rotate, wheel to zoom, right-drag to pan.
Yellow = FDG-active tissue (SUV ≥ 3.24 = liver mean + 2 SD). Low-dose non-contrast CT: vessels and bile ducts are not visible on this study. Pelvic layers are off by default (layer list). Blue = portal vein and branches, orange dots = assumed course of the left bile duct, red sphere = lesion / left portal branch contact: taken from the 19.06.2026 contrast CT and registered onto this non-contrast study (fit about 2–5 mm near the lesion).
Older single-scan model — fewer structures, colours differ (green = right-lobe mass, cyan = left-lobe lesion, yellow = active tissue); do not use for measurements. Dotted orange line = guessed bile-duct path (not measured); red ball = where the left lesion touched a portal-vein branch on the June scan. Use the three-date liver model instead.
