PET-CT 19.06.2026 — 3D scene

Orientation: anterior view on load, patient left on the right of the screen. Drag to rotate, wheel to zoom, right-drag to pan.
Yellow = FDG-active tissue (SUV above liver mean + 2 SD) in the left-lobe lesion and in the wall of the right-lobe mass. Dotted orange line = assumed course of the left bile duct (not seen on CT). Red sphere = contact between the lesion and the left portal branch.
Older single-scan model — fewer structures, colours differ (green = right-lobe mass, cyan = left-lobe lesion, yellow = active tissue); do not use for measurements. Dotted orange line = guessed bile-duct path (not measured); red ball = where the left lesion touched a portal-vein branch on the June scan. Use the three-date liver model instead.
