12.12.2022 Protocol of ultrasound examination of abdominal organs Liver: Enlarged, +7 cm. The right lobe of the liver: oblique vertical size 220mm, thickness 136mm. Left lobe of the liver: craniocaudal size 64 mm, thickness 49 mm. Diffusely compacted, inhomogeneous structure due to a cystic formation that occupies almost 80% of the liver, with clear even contours and heterogeneous content due to multiple membranes and ossified areas of free fluid, the size of the formation is 180x132x156mm. With color doppler and power doppler, blood flow is not determined. Gallbladder: Not determined Pancreas: Due to the large size of the liver, it is not reliably determined. Additional formations: not detected Spleen: 129x68mm. Located typically. Non-homogeneous structure due to the formation of the liver, which is closely adjacent to the gate of the spleen, of normal echogenicity. The contour is even, clear. The vascular pattern is unchanged. Conclusion: Hepatosplenomegaly. A large solid-cystic formation of the liver. Gallbladder and pancreas are not reliably determined. Consultation with an oncologist is recommended. 12/21/2022 Ultrasound consultation before minimally invasive intervention The patient has uterine leiomyosarcoma with multiple secondary foci in the liver and retroperitoneum. Directed to address the issue of possible puncture or drainage of cystic lesions in the liver under ultrasound control. Ultrasound examination in the liver reveals large (up to 16 cm in diameter) foci of heterogeneous mixed solid-cystic structure containing multiple cystic cavities, occupying up to 20% of the volume of foci. Percutaneous aspiration or drainage of the cystic component of the tumor is inappropriate. Control examination after chemotherapy.
