STUDY OF MAGNETIC RESONANCE TOMOGRAPHY

2. Date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY): 25/04/1976

3. Research protocol: an MRI of the abdominal cavity and pelvic organs with intravenous contrast was provided on 24.08.2022; CT scan of the chest, abdominal organs, pelvic organs from 23.08.2022

On CT-scans of chest organs: Lungs - without focal pathology.
No mediastinal lymphadenopathy was found. The sinuses are free.
Trachea. The main bronchial tubes are passable. The heart is not enlarged. No free fluid was detected in the pericardial cavity.
Volumetric pathology in the projection of soft tissues at the scanning level was not detected.
On CT- and MRI-scans of the organs of the abdominal cavity: foci of the following sizes and localizations are determined in the liver parenchyma:

• S2/S3, 67x50mm (series 2301000, scan 42);

• S8, 81x56mm (series 2301000, scan 54);

• S8. 21x15mm (series 2301000, scan 47);

• S1, 15х11mm (series 2301000, scan 47);

• S5/S6 with partial distribution to S8 and S7, 170x110mm (series 2301000, scan 32)

In the projection of foci, an increase in the signal on DWI at b-400-800 with diffusion limitation is determined on the ADC map, when performing a dynamic contrast series, a heterogeneous accumulation of paramagnetism is determined. In the central parts of foci a zone of cystic-necrotic degeneration is determined in the areas of foci - the MR picture corresponds to "M".
Bile ducts are not dilated. Gallbladder is not changed, does not contain concretions.
In the projection of the left parts of the abdominal cavity at the level of the epigastrium between the body of the stomach, the tail of the pancreas and the left kidney a tumor size of 49x46mm is determined.
Pancreas - without focal pathology, structural, the duct has a normal course, the diameter of the lumen.
The spleen has not changed, its contours are clear. Adrenal glands are not changed.
The kidneys are located typically, the differentiation of the parenchyma is preserved, the contours are clear, the ureters are not dilated.
Retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy, hepatoduodenal lymphadenopathy was not found.
On CT- and MRI-scans of pelvic organs: Uterus in anteflexion/anteversion. The body of the uterus is 47x48x50 mm, the outer contour is clear, the cavity is not expanded, the endometrium is 3 mm, total sagittal. Signs of diffuse adenomyosis are determined; intramural myomas in the stage of fibrous degeneration, up to 23x19 mm in size, are determined. Dilated parametrium vessels are determined.
A tumor node on the leg is determined along the front contour of the uterus, max. axial dimensions 86x62mm (series 501000, scan 15), craniocaudal process size - 63mm (series 201000, scan 13). The structure of the formation is solid, heterogeneous, with signs of malignancy, the outer contour is clear.
The cervix is 26x34x24mm, the MR signal from the cervix has not changed.
The left ovary is 30x26x19mm, neoplastically altered, the external contour is clear.
In the projection of the right ovary - a cystic formation measuring 69x63x53mm, filled with hemorrhagic contents.
Bladder of normal filling, walls of uniform thickness.
Pelvic lymphadenopathy was not detected.
The rectum is unremarkable.

MR signal from bones is not changed.

CONCLUSION:
Radiological signs of sarcoma of the body of the uterus (node on the leg). "M" lesion of the left ovary. "M" - damage to the liver. Sarcomatosis of the abdominal cavity (solitary node in the projection of the left parts of the epigastrium). Endometrioid cyst of the right appendix.
